• The steel cord is made of high carbon steel and have the surface coated by hot-gavanized zinc which facilitates adhestion to the rubber and reduces corrosion.
• The open cord construction enables the core rubber compound to penetrate and fill the steel cord almost completely, thus increasing the steel-to-rubber bond, the corrosion protection and reduction of internal friction
